Terms and Conditions for Gear Rental Package
- Package Duration: This rental package allows for unlimited gear rentals of up to 7 days per rental period over the course of one year from the date of purchase. Rentals extending beyond 7 days are subject to approval.
- Individual Use: The package is issued on an individual basis and is non-transferable. Each package is valid for one person only and cannot be shared with others.
- Booking Notice: To ensure availability, please provide at least two months’ notice to book your rental gear. For bookings made within two weeks of the rental date, gear availability will be subject to available stock.
- Late Return Penalty: A penalty of RM50 per day will apply for gear returned after the agreed return date.
- Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of RM1000 or RM2000 will be required each time you collect the rental gear
- Gear Rental Card: The Gear Rental Card must be presented, along with an identification card, during the rental process.
- Referral Bonus: Upgrade to the RM888 package for free by referring 3 people who sign up for either the RM688 or RM888 package.
- Limited Availability: This package is applicable to the first 100 customers only and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
