This Nauticam Macro Port is designed specifically for use with the Canon EF-EOS M Adapter to allow for the use of the Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM lens with NA-EOSM housings that support the N85 Port System The front of the port has integrated 67mm threads for accessories.
The port also comes equipped with two knobs, one for switching between auto and manual focus (AF/MF) and one to access the manual focus function of the lens (requires additional focus gear).
